VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment and Fees:

Vendors are required to pay the designated vendor fee within 24 hours of approval to secure their spot at the event. Additional fees may apply for extra services or amenities.
 

Cancellation and Refunds:

Any cancellations must be made within 14 days of the event to be eligible for a refund, if applicable. Refund policies may vary depending on the event organizer's discretion.
 

Booth Setup and Space:

Vendors are responsible for setting up their booth in the designated area according to the event's guidelines. The provided booth space must be used efficiently and respectfully.
 

Products and Services:

Vendors must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and promotion of their products or services. Any illegal, harmful, or offensive items are strictly prohibited.
 

Assistance Policy:

Vendors are permitted to bring one additional person to assist them at the event for an additional fee of $50. However, please note the following restrictions:

  • The event is designated as a women's-only event, therefore no men are allowed to attend as assistants.

  • Children under the age of 17 are not permitted.

By bringing an assistant, vendors agree to abide by these restrictions and ensure that their assistant complies with the event policies. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Liability and Insurance:

Vendors are responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event. It is recommended that vendors carry appropriate insurance coverage to protect themselves and their property.
 

Conduct and Behavior:

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the event. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.
 

Indemnification:

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.
 

Termination of Agreement:

The event organizers reserve the right to terminate the vendor agreement at any time for any reason, with or without cause. In such cases, refunds may be provided at the organizer's discretion.
 

Modification of Terms:

The terms and conditions of the vendor agreement may be modified or amended by the event organizers at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes in writing.
 

Governing Law:

The vendor agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the event takes place. Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
