African Women in STEM is dedicated to empowering women in STEM fields globally, by offering programs, resources, and a supportive community, to take ownership of their careers so they can maximize their potential and succeed. Our Founder and CEO is a visionary leader, TEDx speaker, and a Leadership and Strategy coach. She has a wealth of experience spanning two decades in engineering consulting, operations, and strategy in the energy industry. She successfully managed and executed projects worth over half a billion in costs. Adaeze understands the lived experiences of black women professionals in the workplace because she has lived them. She also knows how best to overcome the barriers and challenges they face in their careers. At African Women in STEM, we focus on leadership development, based on a proprietary 4-Step Framework that focuses on elevating your Visibility, increasing your Impact, boosting your Income, and sustaining your Success.
