Overview

As a Chapter Leader at Black Women NJ (BWNJ), you'll lead the planning of engaging monthly events, participate in quarterly organizational meetings, and represent your chapter with passion. We're seeking individuals with vision, effective communication skills, a strong community presence, proactive initiative, and a deep alignment with the values and mission of BWNJ.

We're looking for women who are connected, outgoing, influential in their communities, actively engaged on social media with a standout personality, resourceful, and personable innovators capable of connecting with people from all walks of life. Regional Lead

As a Chapter Leader for BWNJ, your leadership role is pivotal in keeping our community engaged and visible. You'll serve as a primary point of contact and advocate for your regional chapter within the BWNJ network. Coordinating events, participating in quarterly meetings, recruiting new members, and keeping track of monthly goals.

County Representative

The role of a County Representative at Black BWNJ is to serve as a dedicated liaison and advocate for our organization within a specific county in New Jersey. County Representatives play a vital role in promoting community engagement, organizing local events, and representing BWNJ's mission and values at the county level.

The role of a City Representative at Black Women NJ (BWNJ) is to act as a committed liaison and advocate for our organization within a specific city in New Jersey. City Representatives play a crucial role in promoting community engagement, coordinating local events, and embodying BWNJ's mission and values at the city level.

We are currently accepting inquiries for the following BWNJ leadership roles: Chapter Leaders (regional), County Representatives, and City Representatives.
