Amai Ice Cream

Hi everyone my name is Kitana James. I actually never planned on opening an Ice Cream shop but when god puts you on a path you follow. I started creating Ice Cream because we didn't have an Ice Cream shop in my neighborhood in East Orange and I loved Ice Cream. I was going around doing pop up shops with my big machine to show people what real Ice Cream taste like. At my show we use real milk and heavy cream we don't use powdered anything unless it's ube, Taro, or raw cacao for our chocolate Ice Cream. I created my shop to have a little but of everything for everyone which means we do have vegan Ice Cream as well and our vegan Ice Cream doesn't have any added sugars only the sugar from the coconut cream/milk. You can create any Ice Cream you want even alcohol infused flavors. I am working on creating a space where anyone can come relax play some card/board games or listen to some good music to get away from the stresses of life for a little bit. We are now selling milkshakes, smoothies, and a few breakfast item so come check us out. I hope to see some of you soon!
