I help business owners and organizational leaders turn good ideas into systems that actually work. Through Issata O. Inc., I provide operational consulting and practical AI adoption support for small businesses, growing companies, and established organizations. My work focuses on helping leaders strengthen the way their organizations function behind the scenes, from workflows, team processes, documentation, communication, and project management to identifying thoughtful ways to use AI to save time, improve consistency, and increase capacity. I am especially interested in working with leaders who have built something valuable but know their operations need to mature as the business grows. You may have strong people, strong ideas, and increasing opportunities, yet still find that too much information lives in someone’s head, processes change depending on who is doing the work, or your team is spending hours on tasks that could be simplified. That is where I come in. I help organizations examine what is working, identify where time and energy are being lost, build repeatable systems, and determine where AI can support the work without making the business feel impersonal or overly complicated. I joined Black Women in NJ to build genuine relationships with other women who are creating, leading, and growing. I am always open to connecting with fellow business owners, corporate leaders, nonprofit executives, and professionals who want to exchange ideas, collaborate, refer business to one another, or simply have a thoughtful conversation about making our organizations stronger.
