Orange Fire Department Initiative
To express our gratitude to the dedicated individuals who keep us safe, we organized an initiative to clean and paint the City of Orange Fire Department's sleeping quarters and create privacy divisions for female firefighters in shared spaces. This project started with member donations, which we delivered on April 27th, 2024.
BWNJ is leading this effort in partnership with She Contractors, who will provide the necessary paint and contracting services.
Volunteer Effort for Better Sleep Quarters
In light of this, we would like to offer our assistance in improving the sleep quarters at the firehouse. We understand that having a clean and comfortable rest area is essential for the health, well-being, and performance of your firefighters. To show our support and gratitude, we propose organizing a volunteer effort to clean and paint the sleep quarters.

Thoroughly cleaning the sleep quarters, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces.

Painting the walls to create a fresh, inviting, and relaxing environment conducive to restful sleep.

Providing any necessary supplies and materials to complete the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the daily operations of the firehouse.
