OUR LATEST INITIATIVE
City of Orange Fire Department Refresh
Dates: June 27th, 28th, and 29th
Time: 8 AM - 4 PM
To express our gratitude to the dedicated individuals who keep us safe, we organized an initiative to clean and paint the City of Orange Fire Department's sleeping quarters and create privacy divisions for female firefighters in shared spaces. This project started with member donations, which we delivered on April 27th, 2024.

BWNJ is leading this effort in partnership with She Contractors, who will provide the necessary painting and contracting services.

BWNJ Inaugural Gala Recap
This night was one for the books as we celebrated with style, grace, and unity. You showed up and showed out, bringing incredible energy and enthusiasm to our historic event. None of this would be possible without the sisters of Black Women New Jersey, whose dedication and hard work made the gala a success.
